10 things I’ve learned in 2016

1.There isn’t anything you can’t change about yourself, as long as you are fully aware of what it is and where it’s coming from.

2.Sometimes it’s good to try new things you’ve never done before (that don’t go against your morals and beliefs), in order to get different results.

3.I am scared of mundane things, but I embrace big changes easier.

4.It is good and healthy to have free time to rest and have fun (despite what your need for constant productivity says)

5.Better people do come along, if you’re open.

6.You don’t have to actively go out of your way to do things you don’t want to do. You don’t owe anything to anyone. You can just say no.

7.I still believe in doing what’s right for the sake of it, despite it being constantly and totally overlooked by most.

8.Money exists so you can spend it. You should always do it wisely and it’s good to have savings, but stop accumulating it for special occasions or buys that will never come.

9.Sometimes you won’t see eye-to-eye with people close to you. Each of you will think they are right.

10.Having a soft heart is both a blessing and a curse.
